I prefer not to use a lot of weight when it comes to Stiff-Leg Deadlifts because I just end up feeling the exercise more in my back and less in my hamstrings and glutes. The heaviest I will go is 185 lbs. using a barbell. I like to do up to 6 sets and 12-15 reps per set.

The most important things are to keep my body fresh. Train even smarter. Supply my muscles with the best sources of macronutrients. Get more rest. And keep my eyes on the prize. #bodybuilding
