💡⚡🧫We observed that #PEF alone had minimal impact on #BSA. But combined with H₂O₂, it caused subtle structural changes like partial #unfolding and mild #aggregation—without major damage to aromatic residues. #Oxidation appears localized to hydrophilic regions.🔍📖👇 #ROS

In our recent study, we applied 30 unipolar #PEF pulses (1470 V, 100 μs, 1 Hz), generating an electric field strength of 0.735 MV/m. We recorded electric and current transients, as well as #impedance spectra, to evaluate sample #conductivity and verify the chamber assembly. 🔍👇
