Excited to share my thesis work! Using super-resolution microscopy and a new HaloTag-Nup107 mouse line, we find that 1) NPC biogenesis is upregulated during neuronal maturation and that 2) torsinA is essential for normal localization and assembly kinetics of neuronal NPCs. (1/N)

There is tremendous risk in repeatedly analyzing data as it comes in… For example, in the absence of any effect, the p-values of repeated t-tests on a growing dataset will randomly walk between 1 and 0! Thanks to @lakens for inspiring this simulation! #RStats #dataviz
