#KarenRead Judge Beverly Cannone rules Read's defense cannot argue someone else killed John O'Keefe but can argue that police failed to investigate other potential suspects.

#KarenRead tells reporters she will not testify to the jurors are her murder retrial. "They've heard a lot of me," she says. I asked her if she is still arguing a third-party culprit defense or just a Bowden defense (inadequate police investigation).
