Roscoe baseball

We drop the seeding game today to Farming and will be the #2 seed out of the south. We will have a much needed week off before beginning region play Friday night August 1st in Elrosa.

We punch our ticket to regions for first time since 2015, 6-5. Smack comes in relief to pick up the win. Max goes grand slam in the 8th to give us the lead and we hold on in the 9th. Seeding game against Farming tomorrow at noon in Lake Henry.

We open up SCL South playoffs this afternoon by hosting familiar foe @laker_blue First pitch scheduled for 2:00.

Rangers finish the regular season with a 9-7 win over Richmond. B. Schleper throws 5 1/3 in relief to get the win. Next up, we open the postseason as the 2 seed and host Lake Henry on Saturday.

We fall to the Lakers today in 10 innings, 8-7. Back and forth game that saw 5 lead changes. The Vanderbeek brothers paced the offense. Bryce 2 hits including a 2 run home run and Brayden with 3 hits and 3 RBI’s.

We head to @laker_blue today for a 1:30 first pitch. Playoff seedings on the line for both teams. Great day to catch a ball game.

We lose in St Martin today 5-1. Had our chances, but couldn’t capitalize as we leave 11 on base. We head to Lake Henry next Sunday.

We lost in 10 today to a very good Elrosa team. Left them loaded twice, but great game. Bryce 3 R bomb. Final 4-3

Dancing in downtown Roscoe today! For the first time since 2015 we beat New Munich! Max Athmann 3 hits a double score twice. Bryce VanderBeek all 9 with 2 hits and double. Lil Vandy couple hits. It ain't no fun when the rabbit gots the gun. Final 3-1

We had chances today, but just couldn't string enough together. Great pitching and D but come up short. Final 3-1

We got to close to the flame last night up in farming. Little Vandy went yard X2, but that was bout it for offense. Final 9-3

Start of another year in the Little Dipper Stearns County League. The boys are excited and the coach is drunk so we are right on schedule!

All good things yada yada...we come up short today and split the weekend! Final 9-2

So true, when I talk to to teams about travel, and there closest game is 30 minutes away!! Damn

Looking forward to seeing all the great things Spring Hill has done to the park! We travel up North today!!
