I have also seen people claiming poor behavior==higher intellect. Funny and sad.
It’s disheartening to see well-known figures in physics normalize poor behavior by joking about being difficult to work with or claiming superiority. Acknowledging harmful actions without accountability isn’t funny—it sets a damaging example for our community. We must do better.
This is an era in which an imperfect artist like me would shine, because if you do any art too perfectly, people would assume it is made by AI.
