Always looking to add to my Toronto (Maple Leaf Wrestling) photo collection (especially photos taken in front of the gold/white wall inside Maple Leaf Gardens). If you have any, and are willing to sell, please send me a DM. Thanks!

#OnThisDay in 1981: WWF Champion Bob Backlund pinned Moondog Rex in a non-title match. Backlund was then mobbed in the ring by about a hundred fans, with some of the fans holding Backlund up on their shoulders, as he held the title in the air.
Added a RARE autograph ✍🏻 to the collection today! The Original King 👑 Bobby Shane! I believe he gave @JerryLawler the crown?!

Thrilled to add this 1975 original “Ronnie Piper” promo photo to my collection. Signed while Roddy was working for NWA Big Time Wrestling (pre World Class) in Texas. @kittytoombs

NFS In light of the sizeable sale price, in a recent auction, thought I’d share the autographed Jack Tunney pieces in my collection.

A little hype.
This is awesome! The main event of this show is Roddy Piper vs Buzz Sawyer in a DOG COLLAR STEEL CAGE MATCH!
1983 Jimmy Valiant may be the peak of Pro Wrestling (don’t drink motor oil).
Sometimes it looked like this & it was awesome
what did main event wrestling look like before "lets just do our finishers and kick out of them like five times each"
More of Big Daddy with The Duck. I wonder if Dusty was in the control room screaming at the producer to give the duck his chyron during that long closeup and then demanded he go back to it at the end to give it it's proper labeling. The Duck having a chyron is the best part.
Gonna put this on YouTube as "Blackjack Mulligan SHOOTS on Dusty Rhodes" and get all the views.
MUST SEE Post match of the Blackwell & Kaissie vs Vachon & Raschke taped first match 3/13/83 Blackwell & Sheik lay out Vachon & attack Verne Gagne. Gene Okerlund is screaming "get some paramedics up here!" as fans run up & punch Blackwell & Sheik in the face as they try & leave

This is what street hockey goalie gear looked like for us in the 70’s and 80’s. Sponge 🧽 pads from old sofa 🛋️ cushions. Big dreams start small. How many of you can relate ? #HockeyX 📸 Facebook Vintage Goalie Group
I proudly on the boots, Piper is wearing in this match!
5/25/84: Chaotic ending to an awesome Piper/Snuka brawl in Kansas City with special guest referee LOU THESZ.
For all the advancements in entrances over the years, which I often enjoy, I'm not sure I've ever seen a better example of creating a mood than this pair of entrances going into a match.
AWA tag matches often featured "double heat" where the faces would get swept under to set up a second face-in-peril after a first hot tag. I wish some teams would experiment with it today instead of prioritizing action over heat by having everything break down halfway through.
