this might be my "too woke" opinion but I think any mainstream film that uses generative AI should be pulled from release until any of said AI is replaced with real human work. additionally we should not be praising, discussing or generating buzz about these films. disgusting.
Weapons by Warner bros used AI for their animation in their trailer. People are arguing that it’s “it’s an artistic choice” or “it’s a simple mistake” fuck no and shut the hell up. As an animation student, these “mistakes” would be immediately noticed and fixed.
I guess while I wait to see Fantastic Four I could probably watch some of the movies that I promised I would watch earlier this year but never did
