Teigan, S4, has qualified to represent Team Scotland in Birmingham next weekend competing in the trampolining Inter Regional Challenge Cup Final! She secured her place by winning the 3 qualification rounds this year! Congratulations on a fantastic achievement & good luck! 🌟

Brianne in S3 competed in the Aberdeenshire Junior County Championship on Sunday in Portlethen, and became the Junior Handicap Champion and winner of the Styropack Salver. A huge rosey glow and well done! 😁⛳️

Congratulations to Seb who received his Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) certificates for Riding Proficiency and Horse Care, Grade 1, and the Endurance 5K! 🐎

Bella, now S5, has finished the year with 3 ABRSM examinations, achieving grade 5 Theory Merit, Grade 5 Piano Merit & Grade 6 Flute with Distinction. Bella will continue playing with the Moray Music Centre after the Summer Holidays. Excellent achievement, well done! 🪈🎹

Yesterday we were joined at Banff Castle with Scotland’s Makar, Dr Pàdraig MacAoidh, & Dr Fairbairn to celebrate the culmination of our Expeditions project on Language, Land, & Legacy. Pupils showcased products that explored Doric, local biodiversity, & sustainability🌱📖

In partnership with NESCol, our SFW Energy for Girls cohort have successfully achieved their National 5 (SCQF Level 5) in Skills for Work - Energy qualification, gaining many hands on experiences of industry and renewable energy. 👩‍🏭👩‍🔧

Happy hiking to our Gold Duke of Edinburgh participants who are completing their final qualifying expedition this week, walking from West to East Scotland (from Ullapool to Ardross). 🚶‍♀️🏕️ Let’s hope the sun keeps on shining! 🌞

Our Level 5 FA Hospitality students were invited to spend the day at The Knowes Hotel in Macduff, where they gained insight into all aspects of running a successful hotel & restaurant. Thanks to Wayne Stewart who willingly gave up his time to inspire our young people 🍸🍔🤩
