The Orioles hit four solo homers to jump out to an early 4-0 lead against baseball’s worst team that entered the night 50 games under .500. Colorado scored six of the next seven runs to prevail 6-5. There’s been no shortage of bad losses this season, but this one is up there.

Fans are now being allowed to return to the lower seating bowl. #Orioles
The Orioles do not have control over whether the game goes into a delay, that's on MLB and the umpires. With lighting literally right above the stadium, the Orioles decided to move fans for their safety
All the former Ravens are getting a look from Pittsburgh.
#Steelers worked out Marcus Williams before signing Chuck Clark
Or the Covid season.
The Orioles are bringing back the rebuild tonight
I certainly understand wanting fans to be safe, but they also paid money to watch this ballgame that's still being played.
With lightning in the area, the Orioles just made an announcement asking fans to clear the seating bowl. But the game is still being played. Alrighty then.

Just a hunch, but I'd say the ball is carrying at Camden Yards tonight. #Orioles
And now Alex Jackson has homered. The Orioles have clubbed four solo shots off Colorado lefty Kyle Freeland the first time through the order. That's a lot.
Coby Mayo is in tonight's starting lineup, and Coby Mayo just hit a home run. That's the second of his career and the first against an actual major league pitcher. Orioles lead 3-0 in the second.
Tyler O'Neill has hit his fourth home run of the season, sneaking one just inside the left-field foul pole. It's 2-0. #Orioles
Jordan Westburg's 11th home run of the season has given the Orioles an early 1-0 lead over Colorado.

Game 103 of 162 as the Orioles host Colorado and move closer to the trade deadline.

Malaki Starks said Kyle Hamilton’s kind words were “generous” and he’s amazed by how much he and other defensive veterans know about the game. He said he still has a long way to go. “Nothing’s easy and nothing’s given. You earn everything.” #Ravens

Kyle Hamilton was very complimentary of fellow safety Malaki Starks, saying the rookie is “miles ahead” of where he was at this point in his first training camp. #Ravens

Practice just ended with Nate Wiggins standing out as arguably the best player on the field. He blew up back-to-back plays near the line of scrimmage early on and also registered multiple pass breakups. #Ravens
