At approximately 11:30 a.m., crews with @baltcofire located 6-year-old Marcel Traoren in the waters of Lynch Cove in Dundalk. The child has been transported by EMS to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Baltimore County Police and Fire have resources searching Lynch Cove in Dundalk in reference to missing 6-year-old Marcel Traoren. A media staging site has been established at the Inverness Center located at 8301 Lynch Rd., 21222.
