It turns out @IASOAKarnataka not only builds good, liveable housing layouts, but allots plots at cheaper rates than #BDA. Hope @BDACommissioner @Captain_Mani72 will turn layouts green & public transport friendly & bring a whiff of fresh air to BDA's functioning.

This is BDA's way of insulting Our Nadaprabhu in whose name this Lay out has been formed. I have pointed out the flaws any number of times. But BDA is incorrigible.
#BDA planned #NPKL layout in a way it thought was modern. But its design is so flawed you can't plant trees roadside & @BMTC_BENGALURU buses can't ply on 40-ft roads. There's not a single 50-ft road in blk 4, means residents can't have buses & must use pvt transport.
Good observation. IAS, should come out of "I, Me, Myself" mindset & should have welfare of the State & its citizens as its priority.
