Over 800 families have now joined the Generation Study at UHBW, which tests for rare genetic conditions in newborn babies. We’re proud that St Michael’s Hospital was the first site in England to recruit families and complete testing for the major research study. (1/2)

We've welcomed the first outpatients to the new Elective Centre at Southmead Hospital, ahead of surgery starting next month. The centre is a joint project with @NorthBristolNHS , supported by @BNSSG_ICB and @NHSEngland which will create capacity for thousands more operations.
