Miller Mabury closes his HS career with an All-American finish at Nike Nationals and a new decathlon PR of 6790. He is a 3x Nike All-American, and 7x State Champion, and led his team to the 1st team championship in school history. A remarkable person and athlete. @tnmilesplit

Spring Fling location changes approved (8-4 vote) for 2025-26: - Tennis (Chattanooga, Champions Club during Week 1 of Spring Fling) - High school pentathlon/decathlon (Knoxville, Tom Black Track or local HS, Week 1) - Track and field (Knoxville, Tom Black Track, Week 2)
Running helps create two skills that are increasingly rare: 1. When running by yourself, it helps create an ability to be alone inside of your head for a long time. 2. When running with others, you learn to fill time with conversation instead of defaulting to your phone.
