Suffering is not a sign of God’s abandonment but an opportunity for growth and deeper reliance on Him. Christ’s own suffering and resurrection demonstrate that victory over sin, death, and the devil is certain and assured for us as well. biblicalcounselingaz.org/blog/healing-p…

You don’t need to keep joining the Accuser and beating yourself up every day. You have an Advocate, in Jesus, pleading on your behalf, and reminding you that you are completely forgiven, always accepted and dearly loved. Join your Advocate, not your Accuser.
Have you experienced heartache? If you haven't, you will. Where do you turn? Do you stuff it down? Turn to substances or other destructive ways to cope? Or, can you turn to God in lament and faith?
This should be fun to see for a biblical counseling center. Hey @grok, based on ALL my tweets, I am: Which dictator? Which theologian? Which philosopher? Which fictional character? Which politician? Which religious figure? Which historical figure? Which artist?

Kelly is such a gift to BCA and to the biblical counseling world in Maryland! Thankful to have her part of our team!

Trauma is real, but it’s not ultimate. The biblical worldview anchors us ontologically in who we are in Christ, and epistemologically in what God has revealed-not in what we’ve suffered. Stay rooted in Scripture. The wound is not the end of the story-Christ is.
Peace-loving does not mean the absence of disagreement or even conflict. It means the deep desire to work through the issues wherever possible in pursuit of relationship for sake of love.
