Made another Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheddar Pizza this week. Switched to a round pizza crust rather than a croissant sheet. I'll get around to making my own dough, I've made it a couple times before, but want to dial in my topping game

First flip on the pork steaks, 30 minutes at 325 degrees

Butcher sliced the pork butt the other direction. So it's Pork 'Que Long this weekend. Still gonna work but won't fit in my freezer bags easily this time.

Wonder if any of their dishes have thyme

Flounder with crabmeat stuffing was also great from Redfish Grill today: Baked Flounder topped with Crabmeat stuffing in a basil macadamia nut cream sauce Every time we've eaten here the owner has been here, spoken with us, and genuinely enjoys his craft - and it shows
