Stop telling med students not to speak up. Since when was it 'wise' to lay low during a genocide?Why would we desire to be liked by a residency program/people in medicine who judge us for speaking out against violence & injustice? The medical field is so inhumane & embarrassing

So I left my residency program + specialty bc I was deeply, profoundly unhappy (inside the hospital). And I think there’s something rlly intentional abt sharing a testimony when it doesn’t feel “finished”.
