There is no tipping culture in Japan. Here, it’s the employer’s job to pay the staff, not the customer’s responsibility. For example, restaurants get extra fee for late night hours and pay the staff extra for it. Culture differences yeah

No one is perfect. We all have our own battles, our own weaknesses, and areas where we fall short compared to others. What sets people apart is the battles they’ve faced and overcome which made them stronger than before The harder the battle, the more xp we can get.
