Congratulations to Liggins student Oluwatoyin Oladimeji, who successfully defended her PhD thesis “Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Later Child Health”. The examiners recommended that the degree be awarded after only very minor modifications to her thesis. Well done, Toyin. 👏

Congrats to Liggins student Mark De Hora, who recently successfully defended his PhD thesis. His pioneering research explored new methods (using LCMS) and new intermediates to improve the diagnosis of congenital adrenal hyperplasia, a life-threatening disorder of infancy.

Congrats to Melenaite Tohi on passing her #PhD Viva.👏 Mele’s research on adolescent awareness and understanding of concepts related to the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (#DOHaD) was supervised by Prof Mark Vickers & Dr Siobhan Tu’akoi, with Advisor Dr Ofa Dewes.
