Mom and Assemblywoman fighting for public education, mental health services, and a more affordable New Jersey. #1 #jerseyfresh fan! 🫐🍅🌽
Make sure you're keeping cool today! The following cooling centers are available in LD-8. For more information, please call 2-1-1.

I sat down with John Probasco from Recklesstown to talk about the Jersey Fresh program, my recent legislation, and how the state can better support our farmers. NJ has the best produce in the world and we have to make sure our farms are here for generations to come.
A huge congratulations to Tony Cattani! He was just named the National Principal of the Year for his phenomenal work at Lenape High School. Burlington County is a great place to live because of our schools and leaders like Tony Cattani make a huge difference each day.

So happy to have my daughter, Molly, at the bill signing for pre-k expansion!

The Assembly passed legislation last week to ban the sale and manufacture of clothing containing PFAS. We are learning more about these "forever chemicals," and it is clear that the state needs to take action.

We didn't only pass the budget last week. The Assembly also passed a bunch of bills that I will be highlighting. A huge one is A1675 that will ensure teachers who take a break from the profession and come back are able to keep earning their retirement benefits.

I spent my Fourth of July in Evesham at their parade and it was a great time as always!

Happy 4th of July!! I hope everyone has a wonderful Independence Day today 🇺🇸

This year's budget includes funding for excellent organizations that work in schools to ensure kids have access to the mental health services they need.

One of my major priorities in the Assembly is to ensure that everyone has access to mental health services. That's why I fought to include $500,000 for @VirtuaHealth's maternal behavioral health program in this year's budget.

The most important issue facing New Jersey is affordability. That's why this budget includes the largest property tax relief in NJ's history. This will help make our state more affordable for homeowners, renters, and our seniors.

Along with an additional $500,000 for Evesham School District, I'm proud to announce that I was able to have an additional $500,000 in this year's budget for Lenape Regional High School.

There are several important items in the budget this year that I'll be highlighting over the next few weeks, but I want to start with an additional $500,000 for the Evesham Township School District. This additional money for property tax relief was one of my big priorities.

Yesterday, Pemberton Council urged Mayor Tompkins to resign over ongoing misconduct and retaliation against employees and residents. I called for his resignation and an AG investigation last year. I renew that call today. Pemberton deserves better. Tompkins must resign.
This is absolutely the right decision and I will be proud to sponsor any legislation to restore these cuts.
Speaker Craig Coughlin says the Assembly will hold hearings this month to see if a sudden revenue windfall might help restore cuts to public worker health plans. newjerseyglobe.com/legislature/wi…
🚨GREAT NEWS🚨the assembly just passed my bill to expand pre-k across the state and now it is onto the governor’s desk! When my kids were young, this would have been a game changer and I know it’ll help families across NJ.

I was thrilled to have Northern Burlington’s state championship winning baseball team at the State House today! They joined me in the front of the entire Assembly to be honored by the legislature. A special shoutout to my son, Nathan, who was one of the coaches!

Yesterday, Burlington County celebrated 40 years of farmland preservation! South Jersey’s beautiful farms make this a special place to live, and our preservation program helps ensure they’ll be here for generations to come.

Welcome to the district, Atlantic Motion Picture Studios! NJ has become a hot spot for film and TV production because of our incentive program, and recently a studio opened up in my district. I'm very excited to have more great opportunities here in Atlantic &Burlington counties.

Earlier today, I sent a letter to Gov. Murphy urging him and his administration to reject the full tax increase on Evesham. The $7.5 million for capital expenses should be decided by voter referendum, not pushed through by state bureaucrats.
