2 days ago, he was used as a closing pitcher against Godspeed and he was supposed to have a hard time because the last batters were left-handed. But because of his "fighting spirit," he wasn't intimidated and closed the game properly which led to Negaigaoka's win.
I'm not sure if anyone knows KaeIix's lore in Negaigaoka but it's so funny. He is weak against left-handed batters, but he is known for his fighting spirit. He trained his forkball to be a good relief pitcher. Apparently, "Kae-sama" is popular in the school for his good looks.
