As an addendum to this after more testing it turns out that the Morph's VGA Input CAN accept TTL level C-Sync, but there is some sort of bug that prevents it from accepting the TTL level C-Sync signal on the H-Sync pin if there is a V-Sync signal present on the the V-Sync pin.

I received the generic mini HDMI extension cable and tested it with the PS2 Retro GEM relocation kit and it works great! Now you won't need the specific PixelFX 79k HDMI flex cable. I'm updating the GitHub with the new files and instructions this afternoon.

I've secured enough components to make 100 more WiiHDMIs. This will probably be the last batch that I do of them since Xilinx has discontinued the Spartan 3 FPGA lineup. It's the end of an era for GCVideo projects. I hope that someone will port the project to a newer FPGA family.
