In my life depression has made me do many things but never go over a week without bathing and after this breakdown and dehydration, I wasn't able to bathe without being rushed to emergencies after which ended up being too expensive, I've spend recently over 700 ;;;;

Spending time at that hospital was the worst I've ever experienced, mentioning makes me anxious, I still have the IV scars

I caught a cold and i can't breathe at all , life sucks
