Hi Secunderabad!!
@ApnaSecbad
Reminds me of the Juke Box (end of YMCA Secbad lane) in the early 90s. Patny/Paradise was the go-to place in the city apart from Himayatnagar, Abids, Basheerbagh.

Long Call: Telangana or even Bangalore need to 'up' their game to stay ahead in the GCC/IT race. A greenfield project/location has the advantage of learning from others mistakes.
TIL that there's a chain of mens salon in Chennai claiming to be India's first AI based salon chain. They are called Budget Barber and looking to expand in Telangana. Franchise cost 8 lacs kathe. 😲
Sainik Puri mein kya to bhi hora. Another coffee shop.

Traffic cops should start compensating citizen reporters. Once the challan payment is done, a certain percentage of it should be paid to the reporter. The amount of violations reported and gross challan value will increase several times.

This is news! BITS Hyderabad Startup Apollyon Dynamics’ Delivers Indigenous Kamikaze Drones to Indian Army.

Had some work at Doveton Bazar, Bolarum. Got stuck in a traffic jam near Bolarum Bazar railway station. The jam was because of the rush at a wine store. Wasn't it a dry day yesterday? And there were 2 cops managing traffic opposite the wine store.

Neredmet X Roads is plastered with these ugly round cut-outs. What's this fascination of putting so many faces. Most will be the basti folks.
Traffic Police doing GHMC jobs. This pattern repeats each year during rains. GHMC should ideally undertake massive drains clearing + desilting + cleaning every manhole of debris, accumulated waste. It will mitigate rain water clogging to a large extent.
Whole of West Hyderabad needs a major urban planning overhaul. Rain exposes the lack of it. City design is not about roads around buildings or vice versa. High rise buildings with water around isn't a pleasant sight. The top view is good till you come down.
Even if you aren't a civil engineer, common sense should tell you that if a flyover floods during rains, it is a major engineering flaw.
July has never been this dry. Extended summer except for occasional rains and some cloudy days.
Once filled, it has to be levelled or tapered otherwise the purpose is half solved. Most potholes are dumped with bitumen or concrete and left like that.
In the interest of public safety and to prevent accidents, potholes at Nallagandla Rotary and on the Nallagandla–Tellapur Road were identified and filled with concrete today by RC Puram Traffic Police.
