Building the "get me a job" button https://ApplyAll.com
How ApplyAll works: 1. Submit your resume + preferences (location, role, salary requirement). 2. We find 100+ relevant job openings and apply to them for you—fast. 3. We filter spam, handle verification codes, and organize everything in one dashboard.
Complicated things that actually work and make life exciting: - apply the 80/20 rule aggressively - buy things that make your life better - spend money to save time (when you have income) - invest where you an edge - being likeable attracts "good luck" - geo-arbitrage
Simple things that frustrate me because they work as advertised but they’re boring: - journaling - going for a run - getting enough sleep - hydration - working out - working more hours - talking to people on the phone
This is an open offer btw. If you're struggling to get a job in tech right now, DM me your resume and I'll take a look for anything you can do to improve your odds of getting an interview. x.com/AnthonyCastrio…
DM me your resume and I'll spot check it. We've gotten probably 100+ engineers interviews so far this year. Many just needed some tweaks to succeed. x.com/AnthonyCastrio…

Button has now been successfully integrated with 9 partners (career coaches, bootcamps, training programs, etc.) who want to help their customers get jobs. More in the works. It's a good button. x.com/AnthonyCastrio…
So you see, we built this button, a magic button, and when you click it, it gets you a job interview. It gets you a bunch of job interviews. All you have to do is click the button.
I can't believe I'm 30 years old and there've only been 2 historical events in my whole life: 9/11 and COVID.
This is simply a much much better experience than any job search you’ve done before. For $200 you have a team of people supporting you who are all aligned and incentivized to find you a great job. The value is insane for the price you are paying.
Every Software Engineer on Earth deserves to experience what it's like using ApplyAll vs doing the job search yourself. It's a 10-100x better experience, especially at the top level.
Male desire is straightforward and it’s fresh herbs from his garden on a chopped cheese sandwich.
Lovable must be doing something right just based on the number of haters and doubters retweeting their $100M ARR announcement post.
Lovable just crossed $100M ARR in 8 months. Faster than OpenAI, Cursor, Wiz, and every other software company in history. Today we're launching a game-changing update, it reduces the error rates by 91%. Introducing Lovable Agent:
applied to 125 jobs on his own -> no job. we applied him to 200 jobs -> 11 interviews, several final stage interviews.
This advice is true and correct. You need to expect <5% response rate unless you’re getting warm intros. Typical: 100 applications -> 0-1 interviews Exceptional: 100 applications -> 5 interviews
This guy applied to 463 jobs in a year… and landed none. I told him he should apply to 10 jobs a day… And the internet lost its mind. This is how to actually land a tech job in 2025:
So you see, we built this button, a magic button, and when you click it, it gets you a job interview. It gets you a bunch of job interviews. All you have to do is click the button.
Normalize this shit rn please, I have skills I need to cash in on.
being good at engineering is hot
Same advice applies your resume: - make sure it renders well (use pdf) - check your links work - remove anything that’s not relevant to the job you want now
i've reviewed ~1,000 portfolio websites so far for founding designers ~3% don't open ~20% of all portfolio website are not responsive ~ 95% of all portfolios have at least one rlly shit project thoughts: if a project is NOT excellent, remove it. 1 good project > 10 shit ones
It's a good button.
I can only imagine the feeling of: "Okay, just the increase on his salary will cover the cost of our offer in 1 day." Good work team!
