I built lasting relationships with the women I met through this program. What connected us was our shared love for science, commitment to the scientific method, and a desire to improve and reframe our experiences as women in often male-dominated spaces. actu.epfl.ch/news/the-relat…
Had a lovely time in beautiful Champéry with great science and scenery @SNE_ChemBio retreat! Congrats to Louise on presenting her master’s thesis work.

Our retreat concludes with an inspiring Session 4: 🔹 Prof. Pablo Rivera-Fuentes (@UZH_en): Single-Molecule Protein Fingerprinting 🔹 Prof. Angela Steinauer (@EPFL_en): Engineered Protein Cages for RNA Delivery 🔹 Prof. Robbie Loewith (@unige_en): High Resolution of TOR Signaling
The picturesque landscapes of Champèry, Valais🇨🇭, will set the stage for our annual @SNE_ChemBio retreat on June 2-3! 🌄✨ See you there! 👋

We are only a little bit competitive.. First LIBN bowling night. @SteinauerLab

The 4th Switzerland-Japan Biomolecular Chemistry Symposium (Kyoto) was a great opportunity to have some very flutiful scientific discussions and it was a lot of fun ‼ I also made some new friends of Switzerland!
We held our first @SteinauerLab retreat this week! Two intense days filled with cheese and science in the frosty French alps. Looking forward to many more!

This is so exciting!!
2024 #NobelPrize laureate in chemistry David Baker has succeeded with the almost impossible feat of building entirely new kinds of proteins. In recent years, one incredible protein creation after the other has emerged from Baker’s laboratory. They range from new nanomaterials…
We are very excited to have you! :)
I am happy to share that I have recently joined @EPFL_en as a postdoc scientist in the lab of @AngelaSteinauer! Excited for this new chapter where I will be working on designing and evolving RNA protein nanocarriers for gene therapy. @SteinauerLab #postdocjourney
One of the best things @EPFL_en: my wonderful assistant prof colleagues!
Just a bunch of @EPFL_en PATTs from a bunch of different fields cheering each other on for the start of the fall (teaching!) semester…Santé!🍻
Two and a half years ago, I was extremely fortunate to start the @SchwallerGroup at @EPFL_en, and I'm still having a blast! It is a highly recommended environment with outstanding colleagues and students! Now, not only one but three (!!!) tenure track positions are advertised…
My first three PhD students passed their 1st-year candidacy exams, all within the same week! 🎉🍾 Here are some pictures of them pouring champagne… because hard work deserves a proper toast. 🥂 #ProudPI @SteinauerLab
