Merry Xmas, from Lise and me... In crazily mild, but crazily wet, NH.. Just drove 40 miles through biblical rain,. mist and fog, particularly by the mountain road, to feed my horse, Peg and collect a package of Spurs gear that still hasn't arrived for Lise.. Happy Holidays!

The Lion's not sleeping tonight 🦁🕺 #Lions2025
Hannah Hampton narrative is truly unique and remarkable. Three operations, the legacy of having strabismus and zero depth perception would defeat most. Not Hannah. I loved researching this fellow Baggie's life and here's my article. 'Hannah- One of Us'. baggiebard.com/post/hannah-ha…
The welcome news is the return of Josh Maja. To make a sustained bid for promotion, the target number of goals for us will need to be approx 80. Our last four seasons we've scored, 57, 70, 59 and 52 goals. It's never going to be enough. Maja being fit is such a key to this aim.
The 𝐗𝐈 which starts against @LincolnCity_FC today. 📋
Hannah Hampton is a person I admire, her life narrative for one so young is simply amazing. Being a Baggie of course, makes you gravitate even more to The Lioness. Hannah's story is SO worth telling and it's my latest. 'Hannah-One of Us' Baggiebard.com Out on Saturday..
Dusk meal and cribbage with my kids last night.. Life is good? The shirt? Rondon 9 from Malaga days.

Pretty sure this is the deepest dive into the potential impact of new Baggies defender George Campbell. From exploring his background, researching and getting the takes from several MLS ex players and experts, no more accurate analysis. This is the link. baggiebard.com/post/george-ca…
I had no idea Pavarotti trained to be a goalkeeper before singing opera and used to look like this 👀
Cantello, Cantello, Cantello! One of the great characters and for sure, one of my all time fave Baggies, quality player! Even climbed out of the Brummie Rd onto to the pitch for Len's tie ups! Here's my article on Len. Proud to have written it! Enjoy! baggiebard.com/post/unsung-he…
On this day in 1967, Len Cantello joined the Albion as an apprentice. 🫶
One of the GREAT films, no doubt, Glover’s role was key Glover was actually a supply teacher at the school Barry Hines taught at, much of this scene is improvised, kids never acted before. Incredible scene. and if you are my age ABSOLUTELY what PE teachers were like. RIP Brian
On This Day 1997 Brian Glover sadly passed away. What a great actor he was!
Hogan was the bridge for me between, Big Daddy/Haystacks and the US version. First saw Hulkster fighting Rocky, as Thunderlips, sheer size of the bloke staggered me, no idea who he was? Pure theatre; good guy v bad guy, nothing changes apart from so many die relatively young..
Beautiful wide roads in northern Vermont, two hours from home, just crossed the US border from Quebec. Lovely day here.

I saw them at the NEC on this tour. A truly exceptional band, incredibly talented musicians, they had a complex dynamic, off and on stage, situations, but made for truly amazing songs. Synchronicity Side 2 of the LP, one of the best quartet of songs on any album.
A poster for The Police's performance at Comiskey Park, Chicago, Illinois #onthisday in 1983. This show kicked off the Synchronicity tour! Which show did you go to? 🎫
My last Lioness word has to go to Hannah Hampton. Hannah's coolness is so obvious watching her play, nothing fazes her, almost Borglike, ice in her veins.. Hannah's footwork is next level, her passing range is so spot on, creates a certainty in possession. Also a fellow Baggie!!
One of the purest exponents of crosses has to be Chloe Kelly. Her consistency and range is spot on, creates havoc, has this unusual high arc, such a refreshing player to watch. A target like Agyemang helps. Seeing so much dangerous wide play is such a tactical, throwback.
