Andy Kim
@AndyKimNJ
New Jersey Senator, public servant, and dad to two troublemaking little boys. Whether you voted for me or not, you’re my boss, I’m here to serve you.
We just won our Senate race! As a son of immigrants, a public school kid, I never could’ve imagined I’d get to serve as a US Senator. I’m deeply humbled and grateful to NJ and for everyone who got us here. I promise I’ll serve with honor and integrity as a public servant for all.

I’m proud to see New Jersey’s own, @FatimaHeyward, stepping up to lead the @youngdems of America. We need a new generation of leadership and I’m excited to work alongside Fatima to inspire and mobilize a new generation of voters.
Congratulations to @FatimaHeyward of New Jersey, who was elected national president of @youngdems today. newjerseyglobe.com/campaigns/new-…
Wet grass field. Camping chairs. Cooler of Gatorade and juice boxes. Kids playing their hearts out. No where I’d rather be on Father’s Day than here. Wish all the dads out there all the best.

We are knocking doors in Rahway to hold Rep. Tom Kean and Republicans in Congress accountable for their disastrous reconciliation vote that will take healthcare away from millions of Americans. Thank you Million Voters Project and others for using your voice for a brighter future

Trump is trying to use this bill to cut funding Congress already agreed on. Vance again had to come down to the Capitol to bail Senate Republicans out and move it forward. Public broadcasting, local news, and critical funding is on the line. The time to call your Senator is now.
51-50: Vice President JD Vance casts his 6th tie-breaking vote to advance the House-passed $9.4B foreign aid and public broadcasting spending cuts recissions package to the Senate floor. Republicans Collins, McConnell and Murkowski voted No with all Democrats and Independents.
In our darkest times we see people do extraordinary things to help others. Petty Officer Scott Ruskan from NJ heroically rescued 165 people from the Texas floods. We are eternally grateful to Ruskan and other first responders risking their lives for others nj1015.com/coast-guard-he…

Families are grieving. Others are using all their strength to hold on to hope. Let’s give them strength through this tragedy.
Texas parents frantically posted photos of their young daughters on social media with pleas for information as at least 27 campers from an all-girls summer camp were unaccounted for Friday after floods tore through central Texas overnight. to.pbs.org/4ksb4lV
Right now is a critical moment to stand up for good leaders in government like @AngieCraigMN. She is the kind of tireless fighter and dedicated public servant we need in the Senate. Head to AngieCraig.com to show your support and help make sure we flip the Senate!
Happy 4th! We have an extraordinary milestone in 1 yr. Let’s use the 250th anniv to ignite a new era of public service by investing in civics education, service projects, and community orgs. We need a new “ask not what this country can do for you” moment. Let’s work together.

Shame on Republicans in Congress for passing this dangerous legislation. The mission is clear: flip 3 seats in the House and 4 in the Senate. Our nation depends on it.

4+ hours in, standing up for Americans’ healthcare and ready to fight until the last moment to stop this bill. Thank you Leader Jeffries and House Dems. Offices are open. Call your Republican member of Congress now to tell them to find their courage and vote no.
This is a moral moment.
No one in NJ should trust @Jack4NJ. This is the guy who begged Trump for an endorsement and is now all in on Trump’s plan to gut health care for hundreds of thousands in our state. He’s selling us out.
.@Jack4NJ said if he was governor, he’d pressure the entire New Jersey delegation to vote yes on the Republican Price Hike bill. @AndyKimNJ, you just voted in the Senate against this bill, which would take health insurance away from 400,000+ New Jerseyans — what do you think?
Remember Republican Senators clapped when the bill passed. Vance smiled while breaking the tie. Now we must hold them accountable. For the last 27 hours we fought on the Senate floor to try and protect Americans from this dangerous bill. Let’s now work to stop this in the House.

I’m still on the Senate floor tonight as Republicans struggle to advance their dangerous reconciliation bill. Keep up the pressure. Senators are feeling the heat from their constituents. This bill will do generational damage.
10 years ago the White House shined bright the day marriage equality became the law of the land. Let this day’s memory remind us that our nation’s future is determined by those who stand up for what’s right. We can’t take it for granted.

Thank you to all who stepped up across the country today to reassert the power that belongs to the people. Here are some of my favorite signs.

I am deeply saddened by the news of two state legislators and their families in Minnesota targeted and shot last night. Awaiting news on their condition, but we should all come together immediately to strongly condemn acts of violence against public servants. No matter how…
BREAKING: Multiple sources tell 5 Eyewitness News at least two MN state lawmakers were shot at their homes last night by a gunman impersonating a police officer. DFL Speaker Emerita Melissa Hoffman in Brooklyn Park and DFL Sen. John Hoffman in Champlin. Working on more details.
The first words he said were “I’m Senator Alex Padilla.” Secretary Noem is knowingly lying here. The physical restraint and handcuffing of a U.S. Senator is outrageous and must be condemned by all, including Republican Senators.
Norm refers to Padilla as “this man” and claims he didn’t identify himself
We are proud to endorse @MikieSherrill for Governor and will work united to win in November!
