24 hours have passed since 4 Labour MPs, including one former UNISON Officer, were suspended by Starmer for opposing welfare cuts. Our General Secretary has said nothing. Is this what 'holding Labour's feet to the fire' looks like?

Solidarity with the Labour MPs who have been suspended for standing up for disabled people against welfare cuts by a failing Labour government. UNISON must support them, particularly @NeilForPoole, a former UNISON officer, who represents the best of our union.

There is money in the NHS and it should be invested in paying workers a decent wage. This is your opportunity as workers to demand your worth.

Only 3 MP's in receipt of UNISON funding voted against cuts to disability benefits last night. We need a General Secretary who defends the interests of our members, even against a Labour Government.

It’s great to see so many MPs supporting an amendment that would prevent cuts to welfare, including 9 who received support from UNISON. However 53 UNISON-backed MPs have not. Our GS and Labour Link must be clear that they must support the amendment and vote against cuts.
