Today’s members luncheon featured a discussion with Bob Bauer @nyulaw and Jack Goldsmith @Harvard_Law, moderated by ALI Director Diane Wood, on the evolving use of executive power during the early months of the Trump Administration.

Principles of the Law, Civil Liability of Artificial Intelligence Reporter Mark Geistfeld @nyulaw and Associate Reporter Ketan Ramakrishnan @YaleLawSch introduce the ALI project and some of the challenging legal questions it hopes to address.


Our Civil Liability for AI Program continues with a panel discussion on AI and its application in the law, feat. moderator Judge Michael Scudder of the 7th Cir. and panelists Justin Nelson @SusmanGodfrey, David A. Gordon @SidleyLaw, and Kannon Shanmugam @PaulWeissLLP.

Our final day at this year’s Annual Meeting begins with a program on Civil Liability for Artificial Intelligence Program, starting with an AI overview by Andy Song of @GoogleDeepMind
