A case was filed against this on 30 may at the IHC. The next date of hearing is 25 June. W.P No. 2165/2025 Nelofar Versus Islamabad Capital Authority, through Chief & Deputy Chief Commissioner, ICT, etc. The facility needs to stop taking dogs and be handed over to AWO.
