Some Vancouver bars and nightclubs will be able to stay open until 4am soon. Councillor Sarah Kirby-Yung moved an amendment to liquor service hours, it passed unanimously. Will likely come into effect in the fall once staff make the legal bylaw changes @GlobalBC

A young family tells us they saw a woman hiking the Ascent trail who got caught with one cougar in front, one cougar behind her. A group of men screamed at it. Just before 1pm we saw a conservation officer board the Blackcomb gondola with a rifle. @GlobalBC
