The four genders. Man, woman, transman and transwoman.

I bet my house that the bar staff are not Palestinians, but middle class white English with pronouns (because fashionable beliefs always travel in groups).
This is shameful. Jewish comedians have their Fringe shows cancelled because venue staff felt “unsafe”. Let’s hope Creeger and Simon find alternative venues and the @edfringe helps them to do so
Gender Critical belief: the insane idea that if science and reality denialists are in sufficient number, reality is downgraded to a belief.
Reader, there is no such thing as trans rights.
Today, our capital proudly marks seven years of London Trans+ Pride. As trans rights come under increasing pressure across the UK, this year’s march is a vital reminder: London is a city that stands for equality, dignity and pride - for everyone. 🏳️⚧️
Well, isn't that nice? Audrey pointing out the loopholes in the FWS judgment so that women's charities can keep including men in their services.

Reminder that the UKSC agreed with me, but somehow I am the one without an academic job.

Got it now, @HJoyceGender ? Will you apologise now for telling us to fuck off?
A large number of people (mostly men, in my experience) who're sympathetic to some of women's opposition to gender identity ideology, nevertheless think it's cruel to point out that a trans-identified man looks like a man, and unkind not to 'respect' his pronouns. They think…
As long as I agree with Kate Coleman, I know I am on the right track. She is fiercely clever and her voice is much missed. What they did to her is unforgivable.
I promise I will stop saying that most men who claim to be women are perverts when most men who claim to be women will stop being perverts.
That thing that never happens happened again. Another 'most-vulnerable' abuser. It's almost as if re-orientating reality to fit a sexual fetish is a big warning sign eh. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…
Of all the many times I ended up to be right, this is one of the most obvious. So someone can tell that twitter-handle shaped arsehole that is @mar2vickers that I am not incoherent and disingenuous. I am right and you cannot stand that.
On this exchange on the amendment, the problems were so obvious that the Office of Parliamentary Counsel's wording for it is almost identical to mine, not to SM's. And then SM tried to take credit for it. So maybe they should have engaged
In relation to Naomi's bravery in using the correct pronouns (her canonisation is on the way) reminder that the judges of the SC in FWS used female pronouns for males who claimed to be women. Awkward.

Amazingly, they found yet another way to protect this belief without subjecting it to any legal scrutiny.
Once belief in gender identity is understood as a religion, it is easier to appreciate why Naomi Cunningham says that in referring to Dr Upton as a man, Sandie Peggie was/is seen as a “heretic”. Excellent essay explaining why this belief is rightly described as a religion in the…
Such a nice person he is. They are praising NC for not compromising on pronouns when they told us to fuck off for doing exactly the same, but we are incoherent.

When you come up with the idiotic concept of GC belief but then you realise this will prejudice your own case and you try to force the Judge to subscribe to it as fact, this is what happens to you. Pretty sure Naomi does not go around advertising her own defeat in this case.

In February. I am afraid I will be right, again.

Let's see if this way people start getting it. According to GC belief, the correct pronoun for a transwoman is he. According to GI belief, the correct pronoun for a transwoman is she. The State is supposed to remain neutral between competing beliefs. Now what, geniuses?
At this point I do not even know if Anya is in bad faith or just dense.
The defence is claiming EA is inapplicable, so w/ it the def of ‘sex’ & ‘woman’. This is wrong. As is framing this case as centred on a dispute over whether Upton is a woman. And that it's ‘arguable’ that the judge should be dealing with the matter on the basis of sex [see SS].
In the end it boils down to a simple question. Is the problem that NHS Fife did not have single sex changing rooms or how they treated Sandie Peggie for complaining about it? If you answer 2, we have a long way to go.
Google is a search engine. If I use it to find the link for the Equality Act, what exactly am I doing wrong?

If people care why I am watching the Peggie case in horror, this thread explains it a bit. And remember please who conceded GI belief was protected, completely unnecessarily, while now performatively attacks it in the tribunal.
🧵because this narrative is taking hold to the detriment of women. First of all, employment tribunal cases are not binding precedent. thecritic.co.uk/restoring-sani…
Even if Sandie Peggie was not a good nurse. Even if she hated trans people. Even if she disliked her daughter. Even if she was a bit bigoted. SHE STILL HAD A LEGAL RIGHT TO SINGLE SEX CHANGING ROOMS. All this is a distraction and a way to put her character on trial.
