A lesson I wish I had learned earlier is that, for the most part, other people's opinions, judgments, and the way they treat you are more a reflection of them than they are of you.
And plenty of unhappy wealthy people. The best thing that money buys, which few use it for, ironically, is control of your time. Using your time however you want is the real unlock. If you fully control your time, location, and life, there's not a whole lot of difference on a…
My point maybe blurred and unarticulated as well. It’s been the saying since I was a kid, “money can’t buy you happiness”. Which IMO has some inherent flaw. It’s simply a tool in which CAN make life “happier”. I suppose there are some homeless that are inherently happy….
We debate whether money buys happiness, so we chase money and forget about being happy. What if it were reversed? Perhaps it's happiness - alignment, clarity, and inner peace - that is the very state that allows one to attract, create, and sustain wealth more easily.
I’m looking for ways to help others and share/discuss ideas. What’s a challenge you’re having, either in poker or otherwise? If I can help, either through sharing experiences, making connections or anything else, I will.
All in with Kings during the stand-up game at Wynn. Can we hold onetime?!
We’re at the early stages now so that’s a consensus view, but the reality is you only put money into bitcoin you can’t afford to lose. Fiat is guaranteed to lose purchasing power forever. Wealth preservation is the whole reason Bitcoin exists in the first place.

Thank you for your interest in Astronomer.
Quick update on my WSOP post and my relationship with Phenom Poker, so you know exactly where I stand. First, I did receive my WSOP cashout. I’ve never not been paid by them. After verifying three deposit methods, it finally went through yesterday. My original post wasn’t meant…
I’ve observed that you can only experience externally what you first feel internally. It seems counterintuitive, so I’m sharing my findings with you. Think about it. Most people would say they want more love in their lives. So, they go around looking for that in the real…
Come join @MrHumanityGives and I tomorrow at 11:00 am PST to discuss all things poker. Will be opening up the floor to connect with you guys, hear ideas and take questions. See you there!
Trying to cash out of WSOP online, and it's been a week and my wire hasn't been processed. I call support, and nobody answers. Chat is down. Of course, there was zero issue when depositing, and it went through immediately. The same nonsense happened last summer too. At…
Here’s my controversial take: Physics and science will eventually evolve to the point where our understanding of reality will force us to rethink “luck” entirely. In fact, luck may not actually exist, at least not in the way we currently believe. A materialist worldview says…
As predicted, Phenom Poker has increased its token value from $0.25 at launch to nearly $1.50 today. That's a 6x. (Chart doesn't go back far enough). This means everyone who "grinded to earn" at the beginning who averaged 25% rakeback has essentially earned 150% rakeback simply…
