POC extends Avalanche’s ICM to Ethereum: validator-signed messages can be verified on Ethereum using BLS signatures. Validator sets are registered via a smart contract. Only a custom ACP-118 handler is needed on Avalanche. No Ethereum upgrade. Trustless cross-chain messaging.
