Nothing quite like high school football
The secret is that there's no shortcut. There's no way to snap your fingers and have built a strong culture overnight. The magic is in the consistency - continuing to do the right things when the excitement is gone and things get hard. Consistency makes great leaders.
Strong minded teams never let one gut wrenching loss beat them, twice. Internal leaders don't allow any lingering fall out from the previous game. Connective squads 1) correct errors 2) forward execute 3) defend better.
