Its not just unfortunate, its criminal. The University leaders are called to nurture not to destroy! I don't know why we have retrogressive leaders even in academia!
We deserve guidance, not wounds. Mental torture only breaks the very foundation we hope to build on. Let’s choose to raise them with love, understanding, and purpose. Mentorship shapes destiny, let’s be the support they need, not the reason they give up.
