We love competing at Penn (emotion) & are sad that we can't be there. But rather than be stubborn to our planned schedule, we made what we felt like was the best decision for the well-being of our athletes & our team's performance for next week at our NE10 championships (logic).

We decided to forego competing at Penn Relays this year. We were entered to run a 4x1/4x2/4x4 on Friday, but we have a few key sprinters who were a little beat up & we wanted to prioritize rest/recovery/training before championships next week. Best of luck to everyone there!
