As someone who lost weight & got in shape w/o pharmaceuticals, I think you should start strength training before anything else. Starts turning fat into muscle before you worry about diet. Your whole life gets easier and you 'feel' better. You'll naturally start eating healthier

It's wild people still buy gas cars -you end up paying cost of the car in gas over that time, so really you're buying 2 cars. Say you drive the car 180K miles, that's ~$35K in gas. With an EV it's like 3.5K in electricity. Rough #'s, doesn't even incl service (more w/gas, too)
