To all the campaign groups, organisations, lawyers, whoever, that joined the IPP Stake Holders Committee, you all had your chance to discredit the IPP Action Plan over the couple of years you have sat round the table with the MOJ. Its now time for you to leave in protest.

We are dissapointed with this report. The bottom line is it will take more than a decade to release all IPPs. Recalled IPPs spending longer in custody than before. We will dissect this report properly in the coming days, it's a lot to take in. gov.uk/government/pub…
