This isn't a murky dispute. It was a failure of process, fairness, and basic accountability. Sam followed the rules, but GoGet stole his money, in broad daylight. When corporations abuse power like this, what should the consequences be? /end
Its in their name Go get lost if you think you can dispute a charge or payment with them
This is quite a story of predatory charges from @GoGet The company leaves a car in a street festival zone, gets towed, so charges the fine to a random customer who rented the car two days prior?
Let me tell you a story about how @goget stole $243 from my friend Sam, ignored all reasonable attempts to resolve it, and left him no choice but to pursue legal action, on principle. Some disputes are murky. This isn’t. You’ll be thinking: what the actual fuck, @goget. /1
Never one to surrender to bureaucratic absurdity, Sam pressed on again, presenting the sequence of events with a narrative so clear, so exquisitely spelled out, that even a hungover philosopher with a head injury would’ve nodded in understanding. But not, it seems, GoGet. /13
