Just finished briefing on an interesting issue: If a fundraiser promises you that he is raising money for the families of veterans who kill themselves, and then spends all the money camping, is it intentional infliction of emotional distress to ask him how he spent the money?
This is a good bit! And it goes to a relevant point: a lot of the stuff that people do for political messaging is stuff they'd be outraged to have done to them.
