In a few hours @JonnyKimUSA is scheduled to install the HamTV unit in the ISS Columbus Module. When active, HamTV will transmit video on 2.395 GHz. Reception reports are requested here on social!

The ARISS operations team reports the APRS/Packet radio is back in service. You can listen for it at 145.825 MHz simplex.
Contact upcoming with Japan! Learners at Osaka-Kansai Japan Expo will talk with Takaya Onishi, KF5LKS, on the ISS via ham radio. Scheduled Fri. 01-Aug at 09:45 UTC | 5:45 AM ET | 6:45 PM JST direct via 8K3EXPO. Listen on 145.800 MHz in Japan.

A direct ham radio contact via Youth Camp “Cosmos” of Elabuga district, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia is scheduled for Monday 28-July. It will feature a Russian crew member from the ISS Service Module. Time is TBD.
We hear @Astro_Ayers was active on the ARISS radio yesterday, making some memorable contacts with hams on the ground. Back in the day you would use different frequencies for casual crew contacts, now it's all done via the repeater frequencies.

We're watching for the Crew-11 launch next week, sending three amateur radio operators to the @Space_Station. You've met @AstroIronMike in our recent posts, let's meet the rest of the crew.
