Excited to share new data led by @YoussefSibih @DavidJBrang . Recent studies defined mechanisms governing growth of gliomas through glioma-neuron crosstalk yet balance between excitatory-inhibitory activity in the human brain following glioma infiltration is poorly understood.
Incredible effort from a massive team led by Charlie Windolf and Erdem Varol to develop DREDge motion correction algorithm of high resolution neural data across species including humans is finally out in Nature Methods! It was an honor to be involved! nature.com/articles/s4159…

Super excited to announce that my preprint is finally out! Our study combines invasive electrophysiology, whole brain networks and neurotransmitter uptake to reveal a link between cortical beta and dopamine uptake in the brain. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
