It’s crazy how I add a video to a post along with pics, and the updated algorithm says “yeah, too much info, we won’t show anyone this post”. (FYI, I’ve seen big accts complaining about this too. 𝕏 is shooting themselves in the foot)
Great morning to go for a run, so I went for 2! 11.65 in total! Started with 9 solo miles. Fun interaction with a buck. Then drove down the road and tried to find Olly and Trish out in their run.
Good morning friends!! 🌞🙏🏻 How will you be moving today? "Running is the greatest metaphor for life because you get out of it what you put into it," Heading out for 8-10 trail miles. Probably take it easy and enjoy the morning.
We had an enjoyable 1.75 mile walk this morning. Olly got to swim with ducks! We had two that would go out to the stick when we threw it for Olly, then they’d watch him get it and follow him back to shore, repeat. Haha
