STAR Voting: We should be able to vote our conscience, our votes should never be wasted, and our elections should accurately reflect the will of the people.
In Oregon, we currently have nonpartisan Top Two elections for everything local and then partisan elections for statewide and federal. Our proposal for STAR Voting for Oregon 2024 was to simply adopt STAR Voting for both without changing the larger systems at this time. 🧵 1/5
