Responsibility is something that is an obligation. Accountability is something we choose to do. Focus on your "why" (accountability) so you can attack the "how" (responsibility).
Never run "from" challenges. Go "through" them. Adversity is the furnace where good character is formed. Parents, when you shelter your child from difficulties in life, you essentially prevent those difficulties from purifying the very ones you love. Stop doing this.
The common soldier never becomes a warrior without the battlefield. We thus prevent our own growth when we shun conflicts. Don't be that guy.

You can take shortcuts and cheat in life, but those aren't the ways to success b/c these cheat you from gaining the experiences and wisdom required to be successful. Success is never something at which you arrive. It's always the flow of experience & wisdom thru us as we live.
There are three types of people: 1. Risk takers - These are leaders. 2. Care takers - These are encouragers. 3. Undertakers - These like to throw cold water on any good idea #1 or #2 are trying to do. Don't be #3.
Beware of negative people: The fool, the lazy, and the gossip often casually yet subtly bring nothing but damage into a person's life.
