Thousands of workers tried a 4-day week, and their mental and physical health improved. A study tracked 2,896 workers across 141 organizations for six months. Reducing the work week by 8 hours led to better physical and mental health, with no loss of productivity.
We should have a four day work week. There’s no reason that with all our technological advances, we are still holding on to a five day work week. People need more time to rest and socialize. That’s just common sense.
It’s the future. It could be now. Where there was hope there is now evidence.
