Great weekend trip to Vegas to watch some March Madness games. And finally was lucky enough to meet up with my pal @jfahmy after all this time which was a blast! Joe is a fantastic market trader and an even nicer person. Check out his new podcast too 👍

dull market rules = dont short a dull market lol
Nice. Can you codify your "dull market rules"??!!
$SPY nice squeeze off the lows here with dull market rules in effect
$IBIT into dip midday saw 1750 December $61 puts sell to open $4.40 bids and buyers of 1000 Dec 31st (Q) $71 calls at $7.15 to $7.45
If there is any secret to trading its anticipating where the majority will pile into next.. weeks in advance of that herd. If you are in the herd you are just chasing and usually have bad trade location when a rug pull comes so makes it harder to hold through that. Ideally…
Overall final week of July can see sluggish action which is normal but still feels like any early week dips likely get bought into FOMC meeting which likely will be more dovish as Fed fund futures keep increasing odds of Sept rate cut now up at 66% after 56% a week ago
Bitcoin bull flag this month forming nicely with the bigger strength in Ethereum of course but starting to get concerning seeing more and more posts on here of folks looking forward to retiring when BTC hits 200k lol ugh.. I wasnt hearing that at 75k back in April tho :)
$PLTR nice whoosh lower on that

if you think Bank stocks have run too high... the buyer of Citi $C 1200 September 2026 $135 calls at $1.74 disagrees with you
This week a combined 162 companies in the S&P 500 reporting earnings with the bulk on Wed-Thurs, roughly one third of the index reporting $SPY
$TSLA +4% now, sweet move in the Nov $355 calls that bought into that dip adjusting expirations and all those opening put sales showed confidence... Already up 50% on the Nov $355 calls I tailed at $20..now over $30 maybe convert to diagonal spread soon as a idea
2x Solana ETF $SOLT seeing 800 November $25/$35 call spreads bought at $3.50 into the 6% rally with alt coins starting to gain momentum lately
$QQQ fills gap on that flush and quick snapback, likely alot of thin volume early week with algo's pushing things around before bulk of catalysts this week start Wednesday
Amazon $AMZN strong name this month and sees buyers of 6000 November $260 calls at $6.45 to $6.60 offers... still long my leaps here
$TSLA +3.5% now nearing that earnings gap fill at 330, a top performer in Mag7 group today...
$AMZN highs +1% into earnings this week.. keeps grinding higher since that breakout above 220
$TSLA up 8% from earning's reaction low, the past month also saw alot of sold strangles which implied a summer range likely continue between 300-350
$TSLA seeing some bigger strangle sales today expecting a range with a bull bias... 1500 February $270 puts sell to open at $33.65 and sells 1000 Feb $430 calls at $24.33 in some interesting skewed strangles with a bullish delta bias, also similar ones in Oct
$TSLA strong to above Fridays highs.. seeing 1500 November $550 far otm calls bought at $3.63 offer sweeps.. that call skew is way too cheap here if it makes another late year surge
$AMD back to 175... insane run since we saw massive long term leaps buying under 100.. and finwit was bearish as hell on this stock early this year... nailed it
$AMD first move above the 55 day MA this year.. strong relative name since the lows and had those massive 2026 and 2027 $100 calls bought last month near lows. General rule of trading is buy something when most of fintwit hates it..
Interesting to note $SPY options today and Tuesday have IV's at 10% of less, the market not expecting much before midweek catalysts, which actually makes upside calls cheap if the melt up continues after FOMC and that is the type of bull flow that we keep seeing this month
