no? it's not voice acting? idk where you got it from but like divas it clearly sounds like the nt vocal synth and no filter.
In the psekai movie you can clearly hear she's actually acting with a filter to make it sound like the voicebank, same with blue archive psekai itself etc...even on 4.0 vocaloid software isn't programmed to speak normally, it would sound unnatural.
